What is the ring made out of?
Our LIMITLESS Collection is Laser cut in Jewellery Grade .316l Stainless Steel. This means that the BezelTop will not cross thread. Other metals are too soft for this process.

* Silver - this refers to the Colour of the Jewellery and is the natural colour of .316l Jewellery Grade Stainless Steel.

** Gold - our Gold Finish is 14k Gold Plating on Jewellery Grade Stainless Steel.
Does the BezelTop ever come off?
If tightened correctly the BezelTop will not come off. However, life happens and if you lose the BezelTop and CrystalGem we will replace the first one no question asked ;)

If it happens again there is a small charge.
How do the crystals stay in?
Each crystal sits in a secure seat on the band. Screw the bezel down to lock it firmly in place - it stays put through everyday wear, running, swimming, all day. When you're ready for a new look, simply unscrew the bezel to release it. No tools, no jeweller.
What's included in the box?
One interchangeable ring in your chosen width and size, plus all nine crystals - The Classic 3 (Ice, Gold, Ocean Blue) and The Adventure 6 (Lavender, Lite Rose, Amethyst, Lemon, Cherry, Jet).
Which ring should I choose?
The 4 mm is a slim, everyday band that pairs with anything. The 6 mm is bolder and more of a statement piece. Both fit the same nine crystals and swap exactly the same way.
How do I find my size?
Use the size guide above the size selector. The easiest method is to measure the inside diameter of a ring you already own and match it to the chart. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
What's your returns & warranty policy?
Quality control is at the forefront of our manufacture - our interchangeable collection has been refined since 2010. Should a manufacturing defect occur, we'll repair or replace the item free of charge for the first replacement. See our Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy pages for full details.
